For those who own a Class C RV built on the Ford E450 Super Duty chassis such as the Winnebago Winnie Minnie, you may be concerned about the large opening in the center of the chrome front bumper. It is 30 inches wide by 3 inches high and is wide open to the engine radiator and transmission cooler. Quite literally a baseball sized stone can easily enter and penetrate the radiator. Not to mention insects and all sorts of road trash that build up quite easily in the radiator cooling fins!

I purchased via Amazon for $15.99 an aluminum mesh alloy grill screen. The product is from AggAuto. It is a universal 40"x13" Car Grill Mesh - with a 6x12mm Rhombic Hole, 100x33cm Black. Here is the Amazon link.

I cut a piece to size in order to cover the opening.  I also purchased a rubber edge trim seal from Granger. This was used to cover and dress up the sharp edges of the screen.  Here is the link to this item. The rubber edge is known as TRIM LOK INC Edge Guard: 7/16 inches overall width, and 25 ft long.
